The Basics
If you haven't read the about section on the home page, check it out to see Sam's mission in the experience of booking time in their chair.
Sam is currently tattooing in Bend, Oregon.
You can find them working out of Attitudes Salon in a private studio located at 61396 S Hwy 97 Suite #102, Bend, OR 97702
They work Sunday through Friday generally 11-5:30; if you have booking needs outside of this window, please feel free to inquire and Sam can work with you.

Want to snag a flash piece? Have a custom in mind? Great! Read the below section to know what specifically Sam needs to know for your appointment. Sam accepts a DM via Instagram (@samadhiibtattoos) or an email for booking requests.
Tattoos with Sam can be charged a couple different ways; by size, by detail of the piece, and hourly. Sam's minimum is $80 and hourly rate is $110. (**Any special post/ pricing of deals outside of this pricing is a unique process and does not apply to these rules, this information can be found by following @samadhiibtattoos on instagram).
To secure your appointment time you will be required to make a $80 non-refundable deposit used towards the final total of your tattoo. This can be made at the time of consultation in person with Sam, through Zelle or via Venmo: @samadhiibtattoos labeled with your favorite emoji.
Tattoos are expensive to provide, just as they are expensive for you to get! Talking money can be uncomfortable for some, if there is a concern or inquiry you have in regards to ability and access to payment, don't be afraid to bring it up with Sam. They would like to know where you're at and see if something can be arranged to suit both parties.
The Process
Depending on the piece you desire, the process might look a little different.
>> If you want to snag an already created flash, you can claim it with Sam via instagram or email-- first come first serve with deposit made for claiming a piece. (Please do not make a deposit when messaging about claiming a piece before being confirmed. If you make a deposit outside of this confirmation, it is not guaranteed you will receive that $$ back!) Sam does not generally repeat a design unless specifically requested -- ie: a group or couple of folx wanting matching pieces, unique exceptions. Once confirmed for the flash you will book your appointment and share the location and size you see for the piece.
>> If you are interested in collaborating on a custom piece, emailing in your booking details such as: size, placement, what other tattoos you have in the area we will be working with, as many details as you can provide-- reference photos are always helpful! You will receive an email back to schedule a consultation time with Sam, at this consultation you will have a bit more of a visual reference point of your piece. You will pay your deposit and book your appointment.
>> Email booking: please include the following details below or your email has a chance of being looked over--
no one wants that!
- Size of the piece in mind
- Placement thoughts; including details about any tattoos near the area
- Descriptive details, as much as you can provide
- Reference photos if you have them-- these are super helpful for Sam as they are a visual individual
- Budget needs
**If Sam's books are not open and you send a booking request via email or instagram direct message, there is no guarantee that they will see your email and be able to get back to you when their books reopen. Please keep on the lookout in their instagram for any postings about availability and books opening**
